General Manager
Born into an Army family, Paul learned the values of discipline, loyalty, and service from his parents. Growing up all of the world and across the US instilled in him a deep appreciation for the diverse needs from all walks of life. As proud graduate of Weber State University, and starting his professional career as a Registered Nurse, Paul found a deep satisfaction in helping nurture, comfort and keep his community safe and healthy. This experience not only honed his skills in care and attention to detail but also deepened his commitment to serving others.
Paul leverages his diverse background, compassionate nature, and commitment to sustainability to ensure that our clients receive the best service while contributing to a healthier planet. He embodies the values we hold dear: dedication, care, and a relentless pursuit of making the world a better place for future generations.
Paul is a devoted father to three children, who are the center of his world. His love for the outdoors and nature aligns seamlessly with our company's mission to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly energy solutions.

A second-generation tradesman from Arizona, has made a significant impact in the roofing industry through his leadership at United Contracting Group over the last five years. Beyond his professional achievements, Elliott is a passionate car enthusiast, often spotted at Scottsdale Car Shows, and a devoted father to two boys. His commitment to community extends through his decade-long mentorship of troubled youth, guiding them towards a brighter future. EDWARD MISSNER
Solar Specialist
Arizona native and current Arizona firefighter, Ed brings a robust blend of local insight and technical expertise to our solar power company. With eight years in trade and construction and his experience as a heavy equipment operator, Edward's skill set is invaluable for ensuring that our solar installations are safe, efficient, and precisely executed. His profound connection to the community is evident through his active involvement in various causes. Notably, his work with the homeless population and his volunteer efforts with Valley of the Sun United Way demonstrate his commitment to making a positive impact.
As a youth mentor, Edward extends his influence beyond professional boundaries, dedicating himself to guiding young individuals towards a brighter future.
